Seriously, the taste is really not up to the standard, it tasted weird and i could say the best among these 3 flavours would be cookie & cream > vanilla > chocolate caramel. Muscletech, pls improve your taste pls. It taste extremely synthetic and i could almost puke whenever i drink this.

Mixability : 8/10

Mixability is quite ok when u have a shaker in hand. However, it dont mix very well with milk, no idea why here.it will form clumps or maybe i didn add enough milk.

Price : 7/10

For 56 servings, it cost rm190 so roughly rm3.40 per serving which i feel is abit too expensive.Although it is loaded with creatine ( might be only 1-2gm) and some other anabolic substances, it still a little pricy for a pure whey protein product.

Effectiveness: 9/10

Definitely, i would recommend this as for FAST effect. 2 weeks on this and i could see huge gain on my arm, maybe like half inch to 1 inch, However, once i stop it, it started to shrink a little.Most likely is water retention due to creatine. No one knows.

Recommendation : i would recommend those who haven try before to try on this product. It is definitely good and i hear alot of huge gain from other guys who took nitrotech and personally i felt it is a good product, maybe it could reduce its price a little, or come out with a 8lbs version will be better.
